At Nostalgia, we love to reminisce about our Glory Days and take the lessons we have learned from our past to step boldly into the future. Enter our brew bags which offers you a pour-over quality cup with no equipment or barista skills needed. By just adding hot water you can experience this blend is uniquely savory and sweet. It is rich in complexity and roasted to highlight notes of toffee, fudge brownie and caramel. After being grown in Mexico and roasted in San Diego, you can now experience the woman power that went into this coffee anywhere you go with our compostable brew bag.
Pour 9oz of boiling water
Pour boiling water over the bag in your favorite cup.
Brew for 4 minutes
Let it steep for a few minutes to make sure you get all the coffee goodness.
Dunk to your desire
You control the strength of your coffee! Dunk 5 times for a mild coffee and 15 or more dunks for a more intense cup.
Prefer iced coffee? Pour 7oz of boiling water over the bag, brew for 4 minutes, dunk 15 times, pour over ice and enjoy!
Putting coffee in a brew bag isn’t easy. Making sure you don’t sacrifice the taste? Almost impossible. Finding the right roast profile, micron particle size distribution, offgassing time, and well...you get the point. We found other brew bags lacked the quality, taste, and ethics we pride ourselves on. So we accepted the challenge and became the first specialty roaster to create our own brew bags.

I love the taste of Nostalgia's coffee's and was nervous I wouldn't get the same experience without my usual pour over set up. After dunking the bags a few times it tastes as rich and delicious as I would expect from a dark roast. I even have an extra box stashed at my desk now so I don't have to rely on the keurig at work any more. 10/10 experience I love them!
